                                校準水質分析儀的氟離子電極時要注意哪些細節?

                                  對于水質分析儀來說不論哪一種電極想要保證其精準度,必須在日常工作定期的進行維護和保養,而不同類型的水質分析電極,在校準和保養時需要注意的細節也不一樣,比如分析PH用的電極,之前我們在如何購買水質分析儀的PH電極中就講過,PH電極有很多種其中玻璃和塑料兩種常用,在校準和養護時玻璃材質的要避免造成表面劃痕,而塑料材質的電極就不需要擔心這種問題。對于離子選擇電極也是一樣,今天我們給大家講一下氟離子電極如何進行校準,以及需要注意的相關細節。
                                 
                                  一般水質分析儀的離子選擇電極需要每2-3周進行一次校準,這樣可以保證分析時獲得最佳的效果,而且氟化物離子選擇電極在安裝時,需要進行及時校準。為了實現這一點大家需要準備三批氟化物的校準溶液。
                                 
                                  校準時拆下探頭套筒。從離子選擇電極上取下儲存帽,用蒸餾水清洗探針,然后徹底干燥探針,然后輕輕將探針放入溫熱的0.5ppm溶液中。打開分析儀并攪拌探頭,直到溫度和F讀數完全穩定。建議至少五分鐘。確保溶液的溫度在20oC至40oC(68oF - 104oF)之間。
                                 
                                  校準點1(Pt-1)是溫度為0.5ppm的點。校準點2(Pt-2)是溫暖的5ppm點。校準點3(Pt-3)是陰極0.5ppm點。每個點右側顯示的日期是上次成功校準的日期。
                                 
                                  選擇所需的校準點。儀表將等待讀數穩定,然后將校準命令發送到進行校準的探頭。在校準期間需要留意顯示校準屏幕上進度計數器的計數。如果校準成功計數器將達到100%。
                                 
                                  需要大家注意一點有些水質分析儀的離子電極校準報告,不會將分析到的一些輔助數據儲存在存儲器中,所以大家在校準離子電極時,要在記錄簿中對溫度、氣壓等進行各類數據的記錄。
