                                分享一下重錘式料位計的安裝要點

                                  重錘式料位計的工作原理是利用機械的傳動部分的傳感器和負責二次顯示儀器表而組成的。其中傳感器是采用了重錘能接觸到料位面積而反轉的原理設計而成,重錘失重的信號是由負責信號的采集器傳送到控制中心,在整個操作的過程中是屬于無機械的觸點,是一種運行可靠的儀器。
                                 
                                  當把傳感器放置在倉頂的時候,重錘會由電機通過不銹鋼帶貨是鋼絲的繩牽引吊入在倉內,儀表的控制傳感自動就會定時的對料位進行探測,在每次測量時都會重錘都會從倉頂的起始位置開始下降,在碰到料面
                                 
                                  就會立刻的返回到倉頂等待下一次的測量。但是料位計的安裝一般人會認為只需按照說明書的步驟即可成功的安裝,因此在這里要特別提醒大家在安裝的過程中會導致重錘式料位計無法正確測量的問題。
                                 
                                  第一:在安裝料位計的時候位置要離進料近,在離進口料比較近的情況下在物料下落的過程中會砸到重錘探測器上,這樣就會間接的影響到料位計的正確測量,所以在安裝的時候位置就要避開進料口。
                                 
                                  第二:料位計在安裝的時候是沒有保持垂直的,這樣安裝就會增加探測器下落時產生摩擦力,這也是影響到料位計是否能夠正確的測量的原因之一。在安裝完畢后不能立刻進行測量,是需要讓料位計稍微的靜止一會在進行測量,讓重錘保持下垂直的狀態,并不要太大幅度的晃動。
                                 
                                  第三:料位計在遇到開孔的尺寸不對的時候,可以選擇將鋼絲繩穿過去后再連接重錘也是可以的,否則就要把空開的大一點。
