                                     為什么要叫堵煤開關呢?其實,我們是根據其作用來命名的,其實它真正的名稱不叫堵煤開關。堵煤開關就是當原煤到達某一個位置時,通過堵煤開關傳感器來傳遞信號,讓機器停止運轉或開啟運轉的一種儀表。

                                  那么,常見的堵煤開關有哪些呢?

                                  1、阻旋料位開關:此種是一款開關量的測量儀表,無需調整靈敏度,通電即可使用。被測物即使稍有變動,也不會產生誤動作。范圍寬廣、機動靈活地應對粉體、料位的料位檢測,有著適應能力強,可在1200度的超高溫工況下測量。

                                  2、射頻導納物位開關:這是一款根據射頻導納測量原理制造的點位式物位開關,而不受掛料、壓力、材料密度、濕度甚至物料化學特性變化的影響。

                                  3、智能顯示型射頻電容物位控制器:此款測量儀表可以解決超低介電常數的介質,比如:食用油、塑料粒子等介質。

                                  以上三種測量儀表就是常見的堵煤開關,也是被用于原煤的料位測量中使用較多的傳感器。

                                  

                                    下面,我們來重點說說阻旋式料位開關。

                                    阻旋式料位開關應用于冶金、化工、石油、電力、食品、造紙、煤炭、建材、醫藥等領域的料位的和控制,對開口料倉與密閉料倉中的粉狀、顆粒狀、塊狀物料進行檢測、及控制,機械儀表,結構簡單,耐高溫,無繁雜電氣線路,檢測準確、控制可靠防塵,耐沖擊可長期工作,運行可靠。

                                  適用于粉料、顆粒料、塊狀料小于30mm的各種料位控制,具有良好的環境適用性,強磁、高溫、震動等惡劣性條件,無觸點光電開關大大提高了可靠性及壽命。

                                  檢測板受阻時,主軸受阻而停止、電機繼續運行,使脫扣器脫扣,致使微動開關動作切斷電機電源、電機停止工作,發出物位信號。

                                  當物位下降時檢板阻力消失,電機恢復工作,發出物位信號,儀表又處于檢測狀態。
